Вила „Кедрите“ държи рекорд за най-скъпа вила на планетата

Те са сбъдната мечта и предизвикателство за творческия потенциал на всеки архитект. Събрали в себе си многовековна история, или най-новите технологични постижения, тези домове са перлата в световната архитектурна съкровищница. А днес ви представяме някои от най-скъпите сред тях.

Вила „Кедрите“, която преди няколко дни стана собственост на украинския милиардер Ринат Ахметов бе оценена на 350 милиона евро.Неслучайно, когато излезе на пазара през 2017 година, бе обявена за най-скъпата къща на света. Имението е построено през 1870 година, буквално на брега на Средиземно море. Тя не е заобиколена от пясъчни плажове, но гледката към сините води от нея е като сбъднат сън.

Вилата е с площ от 1672 квадратни метра и има 14 спални. Имотът е върху площ от 14 хектара и разполага с 25 оранжерии, които съхраняват над 14 000 растителни вида. А паркът към вилата е една от най-забележителните ботанически градини в света.

Villa Les Cèdres En 1924, la villa fut achetée par Alexandre Marnier-Lapostolle, propriétaire de la liqueur « Grand Marnier » et du vignoble du Château de Sancerre. Il en fit un jardin exotique et un arboretum dont la richesse est reconnue par les botanistes. Depuis 1976, la villa appartient à la Société des Produits Marnier-Lapostolle qui y cultive des plantes entrant dans la composition de la liqueur Grand-Marnier. La villa Les Cèdres comporte vingt-cinq serres chauffées. Vingt mille espèces y sont cultivées dont quatorze mille tropicales. Estimée 1 milliard d’euros en 2016, la villa « Les Cèdres » de Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat vient de trouver un acquéreur pour seulement un cinquième du prix évoqué. Le Groupe Campari a annoncé avoir signé une promesse de vente pour 200 millions d’euros, la vente devrait être finalisée le 31 octobre 2019. Elle doit sa valeur à son emplacement exceptionnel mais également à son parc botanique de 14 hectares et à ses 18 000 m² d’habitation. #Histoire : Construite en 1830, et anciennement nommée villa Les Oiseaux, elle devient en 1850 la propriété de Désiré Pollonais, maire de Villefranche-sur-Mer. Le 20 janvier 1904, le roi des Belges Léopold II en fait l’acquisition pour sa future femme, de 48 ans sa cadette : Blanche Delacroix, baronne de Vaughan. La propriété est alors rebaptisée « Les Cèdres ». Първоначално вилата е принадлежала на белгийския крал Леополд, който я притежава през 20-те години на миналия век. След това е придобита от семейство Марние – Лапостол, а сега украинския олигарх я купи за 200 милиона евро.

Бароковият дворец е оценен на над 160 милиона долара. Имението е еклектична смесица от бароков френски и тоскански стил.
